Instructions on Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, where you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the final partial shipment or the final item, where goods are delivered in several partial shipments or separate items.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal function at https://konto.theballetbarre.de. If you use this function, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires or to use the electronic withdrawal function before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the direct costs of returning one product from Germany are estimated as follows:

PRO: approximately EUR 220.00
PRO Light: approximately EUR 150.00
HOME: approximately EUR 80.00
HOME Kids: approximately EUR 80.00

If several products are returned together, the estimated return transport costs may increase depending on the number of products, their total weight, the amount of packaging required and the necessary shipping method. The applicable cost estimate will be displayed to you before you submit your order.

For returns from another EU Member State, the direct return transport costs for the respective product are estimated not to exceed approximately the standard delivery costs shown at the time of purchase for that product and the relevant delivery country. You will be expressly informed of any different cost estimate before submitting your order.

Goods suitable for return by parcel service must be returned at your expense using an appropriate shipping service provider. The rates charged by the shipping service provider selected by you will apply.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

A loss in value may result, in particular, from use beyond what is necessary for inspection, improper assembly or disassembly, scratches, deformation or other damage, missing components or accessories, modifications to the product, or damage caused by inadequate packaging or transport securing when the goods are returned. The amount of compensation will be based on the actual and verifiable loss in value.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements.

This may include, in particular, ballet barres in expressly agreed custom lengths, customer-specific structural modifications, personalised lettering or other custom-made products that differ from the product configurations regularly offered, provided that the consumer’s individual selection or decision is decisive for their manufacture.

The fact that a product is manufactured only after receipt of the order, or that the consumer selects from regularly offered standard configurations, does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
