Payment Methods
We offer the following secure payment methods:

Please note that production of custom-made ballet barres will begin only after payment has been received in full and the order has been finally confirmed.
Standard products that are in stock will be dispatched within the stated delivery time after receipt of payment.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Production or delivery will not be authorised until payment has been received in full.
For rental agreements, the agreed monthly rental fee is payable in advance on the agreed payment date.
Invoices are issued exclusively in euros (€).
Any bank or transfer fees incurred in connection with international payments must be borne by the purchaser or lessee.
Secure Payment Processing
All payments are processed through encrypted connections using SSL/TLS.
Payment data is used exclusively for processing the order or rental agreement and is not stored permanently unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Refunds
Refunds are generally issued using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
For custom-made products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no entitlement to a refund unless there are justified grounds for a complaint, such as damaged or defective goods.
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing standard products.
There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made goods.
Rental services are offered exclusively to businesses, dance studios, educational and training institutions, theatres and other commercial establishments.
